During breast lift surgery, excess skin is removed and the breast tissue is reshaped and repositioned to achieve a firmer and more youthful appearance. 
The nipples and areolas may also be repositioned to a higher, more aesthetically pleasing location on the breast mound. 
Breast lift surgery does not significantly change breast size but can create a more lifted and perky appearance. 
There are different types of breast lift techniques, including the anchor, lollipop, and donut (periareolar) incisions, chosen based on the degree of ptosis and desired outcome. 

We take every precaution to minimise risks of surgery. Potential risks of this surgery include infection requiring antibiotics, bleeding, wound healing problems especially with larger lifts and asymmetry of breasts. 

Expected Recovery & Aftercare

• Most patients have an uneventful recovery and can return to most activities by 7-14 days.

• Results can be seen at one week during wound review in clinic. Sports bra is worn for 6 weeks.

• Swelling will take a few months to settle, and final results may take up to 6 months to be evident.
